Dune Buggy Mirrors

Well I want to know because im gonna get a buggy that can be registered for use in the street but do not know if you necessarily need a mirror. I live in Rhode Island and want to know if I can save it for use in the street: D It was everything else mirrors, directional signals, high beam down, disc brakes, lights distress, taillights and brake lights.
